Construction Plus-Home Improvement LLC was formed in order to offer home owners’ construction services at budget conscience prices.  We are licensed by the State of Michigan and insured in the state as well.  We specialize in residential renovations, large and small.  We use quality minded installers and we do not employ pushy sales people like some of the other companies you may have encountered.  Some of our competitors in the remodeling business focus on the sale.  We focus on our reputation for fairness in our business dealings, quality in our installation and integrity in our service to you.  With out these three benchmarks provided to our customers- there would never be a sale.
